Free Worldwide Shipping

Hoody Potter offers free shipping worldwide.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping notification when it has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 8–12 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please check that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Hoody Potter can’t guarantee address changes after an order has been processed. We aren’t responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t locate it, contact your local carrier to report the issue. If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
